I began working with coach Sarah for multiple reasons: from finding my new self as a young-ish widow and rebalancing my life, to learning to be an effective leader of the non-profit I started at about that same time. Coach Sarah has guided me through self-reflection and introspection activities that have allowed me to see opportunities for growth. My greatest struggle has been doing the hard work of clear communication. We used visualization and role play to give me the confidence needed to try something challenging.
